Coded Genius is a veteran-led business based in Stafford, Virginia. We work with coaches, therapists, small businesses, entrepreneurs, creators and home-based businesses.

We build custom websites and offer branding, SEO and marketing support, along with digital resources in development, so the businesses we serve can look professional and grow with confidence.

From the Marine Corps to Code.

I’m Shantez, an East St. Louis native and the founder of Coded Genius. I served 20 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, and much of that career was in human resources, talent acquisition and career planning, helping Marines prepare for what came next.

I hold a degree in Digital Media and Web Technology from the University of Maryland. The idea for Coded Genius was born in Houston, Texas. Today the studio is based in Stafford, Virginia, where I bring the same discipline, honesty and follow-through to every website I build.
